The refrigeration system of this equipment is designed with different capillary main paths and bypass paths according to different operating conditions. The capillary throttling system is automatically controlled and adjusted by the intelligent communication control system based on the operating conditions to ensure that the flow rate can be adjusted, achieving the purpose of temperature change. Moreover, the temperature field changes uniformly and the temperature fluctuation is minimal.

3. The broadband compression balance temperature control system is applied to achieve rapid temperature control through a fast convergence PID adaptive algorithm.

By using a temperature mixing chamber, a static pressure chamber, and a forced air duct system with centrifugal blades, sufficient exchange of cold and heat is ensured, and air is evenly supplied through the top orifice plate to each space in the working room (experimental area) to achieve temperature uniformity; To achieve rapid temperature convergence, our company has collaborated with Sanyuan Corporation in South Korea to develop a dedicated PID adaptive algorithm suitable for our company.
